DOPAMINE, Baglietto's fourth T52 is launched

Following its award-winning success in Venice, the fourth yacht in the 52m T52 series has been launched from La Spezia, Italy.

The Baglietto 52m T Line yacht, known for its eco-friendly consumption levels, features an athletic exterior designed by Francesco Paszkowski, a modern interior by Studio Vafiadis, and in-house naval architecture by Baglietto.

DOPAMINE's standout features include a private veranda doubling as a gym accessible from the owner's suite. Following Baglietto’s latest designs, it boasts an open stern beach club across three levels and a large swimming pool with innovative flooring that converts into deck space when not in use. The expansive 24m (78.7ft) sundeck provides ample space for sunbathing, alfresco dining, and socializing.

Since the T52 series is semi-custom, the owners of the yacht DOPAMINE chose Studio Vafiadis to personalize the interior, including the staterooms, and lounges. Details on the specific woods, stones, or other materials used throughout the yacht have not yet been made available.

The main challenge in building the T52 lies in the very high level of customization. This extensive personalization affects not only the interior but also the layout, making the model nearly a custom yacht."

With a volume of 497 GT and a beam of 9.5m (31ft), DOPAMINE accommodates up to 12 guests across six staterooms, with separate living quarters for up to nine crew members.

Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, DOPAMINE cruises at 11 knots with a top speed of 16 knots, and is currently available for sale.

Baglietto’s T52 wins the World Superyacht Award 2024

The Baglietto T52, hull no.10238, won the Boating Industry’s 2024 award in the category Displacement Motor Yachts 499GT and below, 45m and above. The award ceremony took place against the magnificent backdrop of the Venetian Arsenal, at the recent Venice Boat Show.

The judging panel appreciated the unusual aft deck design, with a beach club that spreads out over three levels and includes a large 3.7m long pool with a retractable floor, in addition to recognizing the hybrid propulsion system which allows the captain to opt for the more efficient cruising mode to curb fuel consumption and reduce environmental impact.

Receiving this award this year in particular, when Baglietto is celebrating its 170th anniversary, puts a seal on the long-standing tradition of a brand that, since its very foundation, has always shown the ability to innovate and have a vision for the future while also remaining faithful to its origins”.
