The hull of Feadship PROJECT 827, measuring 71.7m (235ft), has been unveiled in Nieuw-Lekkerland, the Netherlands, marking its departure from the shed for transport to Feadship's outfitting facility in Amsterdam.
Initiated in 2022, the superyacht was swiftly sold within six weeks of its market debut in July 2023.
The superyacht showcases a blend of East and West aesthetics, characterized by a combination of "Scandinavian warmth" and "Japanese minimalism”. Offering a unique boarding experience, guests can ascend the staircase from the swim platform to access the main deck, featuring a 7m (23ft) swimming pool, or opt for a touch-button reveal of a dedicated wellness area accessible through the beach club and main staircase.
Crafted by Italian studio FM Architettura d'Interni, the interior of PROJECT 827 embraces the so-called "Japandi" style, featuring modern furnishings accented by light, earthy tones. Renders show an unconventional layout with longitudinal formal dining and lounge areas within the main deck saloon, enhancing the capacity for onboard social gatherings.
Accommodation spans seven cabins, including two VIP suites and four additional staterooms strategically positioned on the main deck to optimize natural light exposure.
A dedicated owner's deck hosts the master suite, featuring wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic vistas. The sundeck boasts a secondary pool with spacious sun pads forward, along with a generous aft deck for dining and relaxation beneath a large overhang.
From the moment we released information about [827] there were several clients who jumped at the opportunity, including her new owner. He was attracted by the relatively short delivery time and the opportunity to bypass the waiting list. He loved the exterior and interior design, and the yacht totally fit what he was looking for in terms of layout for family use."
