Angkalia is an award winning 37.3m motor yacht delivered by Dutch shipyard Heesen in 2007. Heesen is responsible for the complete look and feel of the superyacht, having created the interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 7.5m beam and a 2.3m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 245 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Accommodation
Angkalia offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M90) 3,322hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Angkalia is capable of reaching a top speed of 30 knots, and comfortably cruises at 22 knots. With her 35,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,200 nautical miles at 12 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Angkalia also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
