To coincide with the announcement that Heesen Yachts has begun construction on the 57m (187ft) all-aluminum superyacht Project EVITA, the yacht builder has also released an accompanying video about the keel laying.
Currently under construction at Heesen’s facility in Oss, Netherlands, the 780 GT Project EVITA is the second superyacht in the Heesen 5700 Aluminum range, following in the wake of its sister ship, motor yacht SANTOSHA.
Omega Architects designed the exterior of the superyacht for sale, featuring a sleek silhouette with an elongated profile and scoop-shaped stern. She also features Heesen’s Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF) for speedy and efficient cruising at sea.
The 57-meter project is a true Heesen, as it is a lightweight, aluminum construction hull, making it very efficient, resulting in a high speed of 22 knots.”
