Design & Construction
Designed around a fast displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 31'6" beam and a 10'4" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 760 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. She was completed at Heesen's Oss yard in Netherlands where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of Project Agnetha is defined by its bold and assertive forms, crafted by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects. The yacht's profile features horizontal lines that enhance its visual length, complemented by broad expanses of tinted glass on the main and upper decks. The distinctive 'shark tooth' motif on the wheelhouse overhang adds a unique touch to the superstructure.
Agnetha's design prioritizes functionality and connection with the ocean. The removal of fashion plates and the pillar-free superstructure aft provide uninterrupted sea views from nearly all onboard locations, including the sky lounge.
The foredeck houses a 7-metre and a 6.5-metre tender along with an array of water toys, all positioned for easy launch and retrieval. Aft, the transom opens into a spacious beach club that doubles as a wellness area, seamlessly connecting guests to the sea.
The Bridge Deck Aft Terrace is designed for versatility, featuring modular Nodi sofas by Tribu that can be arranged to suit any occasion, from relaxed lounging to lively gatherings. A bespoke teak dining table seats twelve, paired with Arc chairs by Summit, while a fixed custom buffet on the starboard side ensures smooth service for fine dining. Totem lanterns by Dedon add warmth to the atmosphere, enhancing the yacht’s inviting ambiance.
Crowning the yacht, the 110-square-metre sun deck serves as the ultimate retreat. A whirlpool adjacent to the bar creates a focal point for relaxation, making this expansive space the highlight of Agnetha’s outdoor experience.
Interior Design
Though Project Agnetha is built on speculation, its design allows for extensive customization, including four different interior themes created by Luca Dini Design and Architecture, all inspired by Shakespeare's plays.
The first interior theme, inspired by Shakespeare’s As You Like It, has a warm, inviting feel with light wood veneers and metallic detailing. Upholstered ceilings in the main salon add an exotic touch. The furniture is solid, comfortable, and family-friendly, while large windows brighten the space. In the owner's cabin, amber mirrored frames around windows create the impression of greater height, and a private balcony provides outdoor access. The sky lounge includes a backlit bar, and the teak-clad beach club has textured lamps and relaxed seating.
The second theme, drawing on The Winter’s Tale, introduces deeper, earthy tones for a cosy atmosphere. Wool throws and a bioethanol fireplace bring warmth to the beach club wellness area. Comfortable "hugging" armchairs and tactile carpets in the main salon reinforce the intimate, secure feeling.
For a more natural feel, the third theme, inspired by A Midsummer Night’s Dream, features floral patterns, maroon shades, and organic shapes. The main salon includes bubble-shaped ceiling lights and dedicated art spaces. The sky lounge offers adaptable sofa layouts, suitable for casual or formal settings, and the owner’s study is designed with alternative furniture positioning for varied views. Plants and lush greenery decorate the beach club, along with irregularly shaped lamps, creating a dream-like atmosphere.
The final option, inspired by The Taming of the Shrew, is bold and playful. It features vibrant purples, pinks, and cream shades, with funky chairs and decorative lighting. Statement mirrors replace traditional artwork. In the beach club, colourful deckchairs and daring tones demonstrate how clients can personalise spaces creatively without extensive changes.
Expansive windows maximise natural light, enhancing the warmth of the colour palette and creating strong visual connections to the sea. The sky lounge, designed without window mullions, offers uninterrupted ocean views, reinforcing the seamless relationship between the yacht’s interior and its surroundings. This design choice extends to the main deck dining area, where panoramic sightlines further emphasise openness and relaxation.
Accommodation
Project Agnetha offers accommodation for twelve guests across six staterooms. The yacht includes a spacious 86 sqm (925sq ft) owner's suite located on the main deck forward. This suite is notable for its full-beam layout and features separate his and hers dressing rooms and bathrooms. It also provides access to a veranda on the starboard side. In addition to the owner's suite, there are four guest cabins on the lower deck, ensuring ample space for guests. A VIP suite is situated on the bridge deck, offering an elevated level of comfort and privacy. The crew is accommodated in quarters designed for 13 members, ensuring efficient and attentive service throughout the journey.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (8V 4000 M63) 1,341hp engines, motor yacht Project Agnetha is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 26,417 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 13 knots.
