Delivered in 2006, Annamia is a 42.75m motor yacht for sale built by Italian shipyard Baglietto. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Francesco Paszkowski Design, while Baglietto is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.9m beam and a 3m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 419 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
The main deck aft serves as a welcoming area, featuring a spacious social area that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests for dining. The area also provides access to the swim platform and transom, which houses a garage for the tender, jet skis, and other water toys.
On the upper deck aft, an alfresco dining area allows for outdoor meals in a comfortable setting for up to ten guests. The space includes a large sitting area and an entertainment system, making it suitable for hosting events.
The sundeck offers a jacuzzi, sunbeds, and an alfresco dining area for eight guests. Adjacent to the jacuzzi is a bar equipped with stools, an ice maker, a teppanyaki grill, and a sink, providing a convenient spot for dining and relaxation.
The foredeck features sun pads for guests to relax and enjoy unobstructed views. The technical area includes a rescue tender, crane, and storage for fenders, chain, and anchors.
Annamia features a raked bow, designed for efficient cutting through the water. The hull is finished with a grey paint, creating a sleek and modern appearance. The superstructure is coated in white, complementing the hull and adding a clean contrast. The boot top, also in white, further enhances the visual appeal. The decks are crafted from teak, providing a classic and durable surface that is resistant to the elements.

The interior design of Annamia, crafted in 2007 by Francesco Paszkowski, reflects a timeless aesthetic that combines functionality with understated elegance. The yacht features a blend of dark wood and light carpet, creating a balanced and inviting ambiance throughout.
Annamia boasts two primary lounges: the main deck salon and the Sky Lounge on the upper deck. The main salon is a spacious area that accommodates social gatherings and entertainment. It features a combination of furniture that includes a flat-screen TV, a wine cooler, and storage for various amenities. The salon’s decor maintains the yacht's overall theme of dark wood and light carpet, complemented by light-colored panels.
The Sky Lounge on the upper deck is notable for its expansive volume and entertainment options. It includes two race car driving simulators, a poker table, arcade games, a bar with a fridge and wine cooler, and a comfortable seating area. This lounge provides a versatile space for both relaxation and social activities.

Accommodation
Annamia offers comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests. The layout includes a full-beam master cabin located on the main deck, two double cabins, and two twin cabins on the lower deck. Each twin cabin is equipped with Pullman beds, converting them into triples, making them versatile for different guest arrangements.
The master cabin on Annamia features a spacious full-beam design. It includes a walk-in closet, a vanity area, and an ensuite bathroom with a hot tub, his and hers features, and a shower with a hammam function. The cabin also has an office space, adding functionality for guests who may need to work during their stay.
On the lower deck, the two double cabins and two twin cabins are designed with comfort in mind. Each cabin comes with its own ensuite bathroom and entertainment system. The twin cabins' ability to convert into triples with Pullman beds makes them ideal for accommodating additional guests, particularly for charter purposes.
She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512B) 1,950hp engines, motor yacht Annamia is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 85,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 12 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
