Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.4m beam and a 3.35m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 853 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a touch and go heli-pad.

This was the first yacht built on the Amels 60 design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in March 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2022.

Exterior Design

Come Together's sleek, metallic pebble-grey hull is an immediate attention-grabber, setting her apart from her peers with a visual allure that is striking and sophisticated. The vertical bow is a design statement but also serves a functional purpose, enhancing the hull's efficiency and contributing to the vessel's overall performance.

Øino's expertise is evident in the geometrically shaped windows that enhance the yacht's modern profile and serve to maximize natural light and provide expansive views of the surroundings. Come Together brings the outdoors in, with larger windows becoming a staple feature for a more immersive onboard experience.

The aft deck and beach club are thoughtfully integrated, creating transitions from one space to another and allowing guests to move effortlessly between the interior sanctuary and the water's edge. The generous swim platform serves as the perfect launchpad for water activities or a tranquil spot for basking in the sun.

The sundeck can be tailored to fit any owner's preferences. It features a luxurious spa pool, a sunbathing area, and an expansive bar and outdoor kitchen, all designed to encourage al fresco enjoyment and socializing under the open sky. Windbreaks strategically installed around the superstructure provide sheltered comfort, ensuring that this pinnacle space can be enjoyed regardless of the weather.

Come Together is designed with meticulous attention to detail and an emphasis on natural materials and textures, creating an inviting atmosphere that is both sophisticated and warm. This ethos of understated luxury is present throughout the yacht, providing an environment that is as comfortable as it is elegant.

Interior Design

The design team's objective was to create an inviting, beachy atmosphere, which has been realized through the use of bleached oaks, open-grain veneers, and brushed-bronze metals.

A key aspect of Come Together's allure is the tactile nature of its finishes. The design incorporates materials that are pleasing to the touch, such as woven linen fabrics, complemented by unique selections of leather and a variety of exquisite stones and marbles. This creates a sensorial experience that is both refined and inviting.

The interior’s design language takes cues from the yacht's exterior, featuring geometric shapes inspired by Espen Øino's vision. These angular elements are subtly integrated into the furniture, bringing a cohesive and harmonious aesthetic throughout the yacht. The central staircase, a striking example of this philosophy, showcases a helix column of American walnut, a piece of intricate craftsmanship that echoes the art of Japanese joinery.

Throughout Come Together, repetition of materials and patterns is used to create a sense of continuity. Notable design elements, such as the Golden Spider marble and the labyrinth-patterned leather, recur in different spaces, contributing to the yacht's cohesive identity.

The communal areas are equally impressive, with a focus on family relaxation and enjoyment. The main saloon is characterized by a feature wall of brushed, bleached oak, while the upper saloon offers playful touches, including a Golden Spider marble bar and a bespoke games table.

Accommodation

Come Together accommodates up to twelve guests across six elegantly appointed cabins, each designed to provide a serene retreat from the day's activities. The arrangement comprises a full-beam master cabin, a VIP suite conveniently located on the main deck, and four additional guest cabins on the lower deck.

The Owner's Suite features a personal office, seating area, and a folding balcony that provides an uninterrupted connection with the ocean. The suite's design is masculine, with generously proportioned furniture and a palette of rich textures, including textured leather on the ceiling and eel skin in the office area. The bathroom is equally impressive, with Portoro marble surfaces, a custom-designed hammered-bronze basin, and antique brass fixtures.

Adjacent to the Owner's Suite, the VIP cabin, or "madam's cabin," offers a more feminine counterpoint. It houses specially commissioned artwork, a television cabinet adorned with abalone shell, and niches featuring woven mother-of-pearl boards. The cabin is further complemented by a unique selection of stones that add character and distinction to the space.

The four guest cabins on the lower deck are defined by their individual color palettes and the exclusive selection of natural stones, each creating a unique atmosphere tailored to the comfort and pleasure of those staying within. These cabins not only promise luxury but also offer the practicality of direct access to the beach club, allowing guests to step from their private quarters to the water's edge in mere moments.

Come Together also takes into consideration the well-being of her crew of up to 13, ensuring that they are comfortably accommodated and able to provide the highest level of service.

Performance & Capabilities

Come Together is powered by twin diesel-electric MTU (12V 2000 M72) 1,448hp engines linked to two shaft generators connected to the gearbox, providing a versatile and energy-efficient propulsion system. This innovative setup allows for operation under diesel power with the main engines or quieter, vibration-reduced cruising using only the generators. The yacht has been reported to reach speeds of approximately six to seven knots on generator power alone.

Come Together is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 122,000-litre fuel tanks, she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 13 knots.

A battery bank is strategically placed under the swim platform, which serves as an efficient power management system rather than for direct propulsion. This bank is utilized for peak power shaving, smoothing out power fluctuations and contributing to the overall stability of the yacht's electrical systems. For instance, when a high-consumption unit like an air conditioner is activated, this battery bank swiftly compensates for the increased power demand, ensuring a steady and uninterrupted supply without starting up an additional generator.

With Espen Øino's vision, the yacht sets a new standard for luxury and performance, promising to leave a lasting impression on the yachting landscape.

Amenities

Waterfront living can be enjoyed to the fullest, thanks to a large beach club and connecting swim platform with plenty of space for sitting back and admiring the sea views. The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. Crowning the yacht is a spacious sundeck with an inviting spread of sunpads and deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
