The 159'1" motor yacht Genesia was delivered to her owners in 1987 by Dutch shipyard Feadship. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of De Voogt, while Owner is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction

Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 26'11" beam and a 9'10" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 439 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Accommodation

Genesia offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 3 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3508B) 1,000hp engines, motor yacht Genesia is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 14,998 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,182 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.

Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Genesia also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
