True North is a 43.59m motor yacht for sale delivered by Dutch shipyard Feadship in 1987. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of De Voogt, while Dalton Designs is responsible for her interior design.
Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 7.92m beam and a 2.59m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 403 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Interior Design
A 2024 refit has brought this 1987 classic Feadship fully up to date, featuring a refreshed interior that complements the yacht's timeless design. The interior showcases beautifully carved wood, accented with blue tones for a consistent nautical theme. Subtle patterns and piping enhance the furniture, while pops of lime green on scatter cushions add a vibrant touch to the sophisticated spaces.
Accommodation
The yacht offers accommodation for up to 16 guests, in a versatile layout. The full-beam owner's suite is on the main deck, featuring separate twin baths finished with Crema Marfil marble. The lower deck provides four additional staterooms, each with an en-suite bath. These include a queen-size cabin, another cabin with a queen bed, a twin, and a Pullman, while the remaining two cabins each feature a full-size bed, a twin, and a Pullman. Up to nine crea are onboard to provide full guest service.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3508 DI-TA) 775hp engines, motor yacht True North is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 58,600 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
