Delivered in 2016, Intrepid is a 69.15m motor yacht built by Dutch shipyard Damen Yachting. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Damen Yachting.

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 11m beam and a 4m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 1,128 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a heli-pad.

This was the sixty-ninth yacht built on the YS 6911 design. Launched in March 2016 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2016.

She is also capable of carrying up to 21 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by 4 x diesel MTU (16V 4000 M63L) 3,000hp engines, motor yacht Intrepid is capable of reaching a top speed of 21 knots, and comfortably cruises at 18 knots.

Amenities

Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.

Intrepid is finished in a very minimalistic and functional all-white exterior. One feature that will however set her apart is the innovative heli-deck on the very aft section of the vessel, capable of receiving a Eurocopter AS365 or Agusta Westland AW109.
