Keri Lee III is a 181' motor yacht delivered by American shipyard Trinity Yachts in 2001. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Trinity Yachts, while Claudette Bonville is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 31' beam and a 7' draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 655 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in late 1998 with the keel laid under the project name 'Bellini'. She was delivered to her owners in October 2001.

Exterior Design

The yacht Keri Lee III boasts a sleek appearance with a white hull and superstructure, featuring a prominent forward mast overlooking a practical bow space for securely storing tenders and personal watercraft. A central walkway allows crew access to a small seating area forward of the sloping glazing of the main deck windows. Its uncluttered freeboard is accentuated by two shallow oval windows forward and three slim vertical oval windows amidships. A sheltered walkway amidships leads to the aft of the lower deck, where dining and relaxing areas offer expansive views. Curved stairways lead down to the bathing platform.

The upper deck houses storage for the main tender and features a jacuzzi pool and ample sun lounging areas. Freestanding parasols provide shade, while sections of the teak deck are elegantly curved, adding visual interest.

Interior Design

The exterior styling of Keri Lee III blends an elegant steamer ship ambiance with a mid-century French chateau vibe, seamlessly transitioning into the interior spaces. Nautical stripes occasionally accentuate the décor, while deep, soft leather sofas and chairs rest comfortably on rich plain carpets against dark mahogany wood. Walls are adorned with lightly embellished columns as a distinctive feature.

The color palette embraces cream and gold tones, complemented by lighter shades of brown, with dark wood providing a striking contrast. Gold and bronze accents in lamps and occasional furniture add texture and depth.

The bar in one of the larger salons exudes the charm of a gentlemen's club, featuring high leather bar stools with curved backs and deep seating pads, perfect for an evening of conversation over drinks.

Cabins exude a rich and masculine ambiance, with dark wood, luxurious brocade fabrics, and paneled walls against plain carpets, creating a refined atmosphere enhanced by the reflection of light off highly polished wood surfaces.

Accommodation

Keri Lee III offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 12 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Detroit Diesel (12V400) 2,735hp engines, motor yacht Keri Lee III is capable of reaching a top speed of 20 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 18,998 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 7,485 nautical miles at 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.

Leisure & Entertainment

For watersports enthusiasts, the yacht offers a variety of toys catering to every sport, such as Yamaha 3-seater wave runners, inflatable kayaks, and paddleboards. Additionally, water skis, wakeboards, and kneeboards are provided, along with inflatable bananas and donuts for added fun, and snorkeling equipment for underwater exploration.

Wellness

The yacht is equipped with gym facilities, including a treadmill, cross-trainer, exercise bike, and yoga gear. There is a beauty/hair salon onboard, and a jacuzzi on the sun deck. 

Tenders

The yacht carries a SeaVee (9.75m/32ft) centre console tender with Volvo 300hp diesel engine, and a BSC 66 (6.65m/22ft) RIB with Yamaha 115hp outboard.
