The multi-award winning 111'7" motor yacht Solis was delivered to her owners in 2015 by Mulder Shipyard. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Claydon Reeves, while Van Oossanen & Associates is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 26'3" beam and a 7'1" draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 315 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Launched in July 2015 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in August 2015.
Accommodation
Solis offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 cabins that can operate as twins or doubles. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C18) 671hp engines, motor yacht Solis is capable of reaching a top speed of 13 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 9,510 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,800 nautical miles at 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
In addition, Solis features a beach club where those on board can enjoy unwinding close to the water. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Solis also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
