Sun Ark is a 120'8" motor yacht delivered by Dutch shipyard Heesen in 1995. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Mulder Design, while Art Line is responsible for her interior design.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 23'6" beam and a 5' draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 225 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Accommodation
Sun Ark offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by 1 x diesel MTU (12V 396 TB94) 2,560hp engines, motor yacht Sun Ark is capable of reaching a top speed of 54 knots, and comfortably cruises at 42 knots. With her 9,140 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
