Benetti has officially unveiled the second model in its Oasis line, the 34M, which follows in the footsteps of its bigger sister, the Oasis 40M, in terms of design and style.
The 34.36m (112.9ft) superyacht sports many of the same features that have made the Oasis 40M so popular. Already the inaugural hull of the larger model has been delivered and a further 13 models are in production despite the Oasis 40M only making its debut at the Genoa Boat Show at the backend of 2020.
One of the highlights of the RWD-designed exteriors is the large multi-functional beach club, with fold-down side wings. Very much in keeping with the Oasis 40M, this takes guests right to the water's edge.
Aimed at Owners who “want to spend quality time on board and who love travelling and exploring new destinations”, there are plenty of spaces for relaxing and socialising on the Oasis 34M. Comfy sofas adorn the large sundeck which features a covered dining and bar area, and the upper deck aft terrace is another spot with plenty of comfortable seating.
Bonetti and Kozersky are responsible for the flowing, light-filled interiors, which allow for plenty of customization. They include a large, open-plan main deck salon which retains a connection to the exterior space thanks to large windows and expansive sliding doors. Elsewhere an upper deck skylounge with a bar and informal dining space offers panoramic views.
The Oasis 34M offers accommodation for ten guests in five cabins, including a large Owner’s suite which, in keeping with the rest of the interiors, retains a feeling of informal luxury and is bathed in swathes of natural light.
Performance wise twin MTU engines give a maximum speed of 16 knots and a range of 2,700nm at 10 knots.
Benetti has reported that the first unit of the Oasis 34M has already been sold, and the second unit will be available in the summer of 2022.
Benetti will be hoping the Oasis 34M can replicate the success of its Oasis 40M. The first model, REBECA, was delivered to former World Champion powerboat racer Tim Ciasul last September. The second was launched last month and there are a further 12 in production and set to be delivered over the next two years.
