CINDERELLA NOEL IV launched by Heesen

Heesen, the renowned Dutch shipyard, announces the launch of its latest creation, the 50m (164ft) motor yacht CINDERELLA NOEL IV.

A blend of cutting-edge technology and bespoke craftsmanship, the yacht represents Heesen's "smart custom" concept, which aims to strike an optimal balance between quality, personalization, and timely delivery.

CINDERELLA NOEL IV boasts an elegant exterior crafted by Clifford Denn, a prolific designer with a rich history of collaborations with Heesen. Notable works include the 50m (164ft) Omaha and Triton, as well as the 40m (131ft) Lionshare. Denn's design expertise is evident in CINDERELLA NOEL IV's sleek lines and sophisticated profile.

The yacht caters to an experienced cruiser, merging Denn's visionary design with the owner's specific requirements. Features tailored for comfort in northern climates include reinforced insulation, heated flooring, winter tents, and mosquito nets, ensuring a warm and insect-free environment regardless of the destination. Furthermore, the yacht's crew quarters have been elevated above industry standards, featuring a separate outdoor deck to attract top-tier professionals.

The owner's passion for navigation is accommodated with a second steering position on the flybridge, connected to the wheelhouse by a staircase, allowing for convenient access between the two control points. This novel addition is reflective of the owner's hands-on approach to yachting.

A significant technological milestone for Heesen is the integration of a hybrid propulsion system in CINDERELLA NOEL IV, demonstrating the shipyard's commitment to innovation. The yacht also includes a collapsible mast for negotiating bridges and channel navigation lights for traversing canals and locks, signaling a yacht fully equipped for ambitious voyages, such as exploring the northern fjords.

The interiors, crafted by Luca Dini Design and Architecture, offer a sanctuary of "quiet luxury and Scandinavian chic." The color palette is soothing, with white, greige, and taupe accents complemented by high-gloss Indian rosewood and dark oak floors. Splashes of deep blue and musk green, along with antique sea chart-themed leather panels from Foglizzo Atelier, add a touch of character and connection to the exterior environment.

Designed with extended family cruises in mind, the interior spaces feature twin work areas and versatile sliding partitions, allowing for both communal gatherings and privacy. The yacht's furnishings, sourced from exclusive brands such as Cassina, Paola Lenti, and Toso, reinforce the theme of understated elegance.

Scheduled to be delivered in March 2024, CINDERELLA NOEL IV showcases Heesen's engineering expertise. This 50m steel motor yacht embodies the concept of a "Smart Custom" build, blending proven design, personalized luxury, and an adventurous spirit.
