Italian shipyard Ferretti has launched the first hull of the latest Custom Line 120.

Created for an American owner, the first hull of the Custom Line 120 from Ferretti will be based in Miami.

Built in the La Spezia shipyard, the 120 features two 2,638hp MTU 16V 2000 M94 engines which gives the vessel a top speed of 25 knots.

Zero speed stabilisers enable quiet operation and fuel capacity provides the possibility to travel 1,050 nautical miles at the cruising speed of 11 knots.

A saloon on the main deck provides plenty of entertaining space with a formal dining area suitable for groups of up to ten guests.

The upper deck and shaded skylounge offer absolute relaxation with a bimini, sun loungers and a cocktail bar. Additional options for this deck include al fresco dining and a superyacht spa pool.

In addition to onboard facilities, the garage and foredeck locker can hold up to three tenders or some water sports equipment.

Overnight stays on the Custom Line 120 can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The owner's cabin, situated on the main deck, features two his and hers en-suites and ample storage space.

Two VIP cabins host window facing double beds and an extra two twin cabins bring guest accommodation to capacity.

A further four cabins provide berths for up to seven crew members.

Ferretti have also confirmed that hull number two is already being constructed, with hull three due to begin construction in early 2018.
