The first Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 has officially been launched in Marina di Carrara.
The limited-edition sports boat has been inspired by the Lamborghini Siàn FKP 37 hybrid sports car and has much in common with its land-based sibling including an adrenaline-fuelled top speed of 60 knots thanks to twin MAN V12-2000HP engines.
Unsurprisingly, the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 will become the fastest vessel in the Tecnomar fleet.
The yacht has been designed in collaboration between the in-house teams of The Italian Sea Group and the Lamborghini style center and features several nods to its automotive-inspired background.
In common with Lamborghini cars the 19m (63ft) yacht is made from carbon fiber, giving a maximum weight of 24 tons. There are also Lamborghini Terzo Millennio inspired bow lights, a sleek hardtop and start and stop buttons for the engines.
The sportsboat is available in a range of vibrant tones, with the interior materials and colors also being fully customizable.
As well as denoting the yacht's length, the 63 model has some hidden meanings. 1963 was the year the Italian luxury sports car manufacturer was founded and is also representative of how many units of the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 will be built, with the yacht remaining in production until all 63 have been sold.
Tecnomar is part of the Italian Sea Group, an alliance of brands that also includes Admiral Yacht and NCA Refit. It is based from the port of Marina di Carrara, where the launch took place and recently expressed its interest in the asset of bankrupt Italian shipbuilder Perini Navi.
The Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 makes an eye-catching tender for a superyacht or a speedy standalone sports boat. If the thrill of going fast on the water is a big attraction for you, you can view all sportsboat yachts for sale.
