The flybridge is an evolution of the Grand Banks GB60, enhancing the classic design with expanded space, refined performance, and a greater focus on comfort.
The unveiling of the GB62 at this year's Palm Beach International Boat Show has attracted significant attention from enthusiasts and industry professionals. Mark Richards, CEO and Chief Designer of Grand Banks, highlighted the company's evolution over the past decade and expressed pride in the GB62's development.

This boat, compared to the GB60, has quite a lot of nice upgrades—a foot longer in the cockpit, a foot longer in the saloon, and a really comfortable third stateroom with an ensuite. It works very well.”

Spacious Design and Thoughtful Layout
One of the standout features is the enlarged starboard guest stateroom, which now includes an athwartships double bed and a single berth. This cabin also boasts an ensuite head, enhancing privacy and comfort for guests. The master stateroom amidships offers a king-size bed, ample storage, and an ensuite head with a spacious shower. Forward, the VIP stateroom features a queen-size bed and dedicated head, ensuring all guests enjoy luxurious accommodations.

The yacht measures 20.6m in length overall, with a beam of 5.8m. This expanded footprint allows for a variety of customizable layouts, including three or four staterooms and options for separate up and down galleys.

The Flybridge and Skylounge models provide flexibility to suit different cruising preferences.
Power, Precision, and Fuel-Saving Performance
Equipped with twin Volvo Pento D13 engines rated at 900 horsepower each, the yacht achieves a top speed of 30 knots and a cruising speed of 27 knots. At 20 knots, it consumes approximately 38 gallons per hour, offering a range of 817 nautical miles. For extended voyages, the GB62 can reach up to 2,000 nautical miles at 10 knots, demonstrating its capability for long-distance cruising.

The V-Warp® Technology hull ensures a smooth ride with minimal pitch and roll, enhancing onboard comfort. This hull design contributes to the yacht's impressive fuel efficiency and performance across various sea conditions.
Grand Banks employs advanced construction techniques, including resin-infused E-Glass and carbon fiber components, to create a strong yet lightweight structure. This approach enhances the yacht's performance and fuel efficiency. The company's commitment to sustainability is evident in its investment in solar power and robotics at their factory in Malaysia, aiming to reduce environmental impact while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
