Jay Aberdoni, a designer known for previous concepts such as ARRAKEEN, PRELUDE, and DUST, has unveiled renders of DAY ONE, a 73.3m (240ft) superyacht.
Stated to embody Aberdoni's ethos of "dominant minimalism," DAY ONE has a design philosophy tailored for the bold and nonconformist. With sleek lines and expansive glass elements, the yacht offers breathtaking panoramic views across multiple levels.
The layout of DAY ONE cleverly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, facilitated by retractable sliding doors that provide access to a multitude of expansive alfresco areas. The superyacht boasts six cabins to accommodate up to 11 guests, including a forward-facing owner's suite featuring an "infinity lounge," complete with a dedicated bow terrace, hot tub, and sunbeds.
As one would almost expect onboard a superyacht, DAY ONE's leisure amenities include a helipad, a beach club gym and spa, a cinema room, and a spacious upper deck terrace. The upper deck features an open-plan layout with a television lounge, bar-style seating, plush sofas, and a dip pool.
An additional feature of DAY ONE is its innovative concealed tender garage, unfolding to create an extended outdoor terrace while at anchor. This unique setup offers semi-al fresco lounging and dining on the lower deck, providing guests with expansive ocean views.
