Aside from the glistening array of motor yachts for sale around the pontoons, Palm Beach is scheduled to host over 800 exhibitors and some unique extras to bring the show together.
Celebrating the 41st edition, Andrew Doole, the President of U.S. Boat Shows with Informa Markets, comments that "this year’s boat show will bring incredible fun and relaxation for the whole family to enjoy."
In the true essence of a yacht show, a debut is on the cards for the hidden extras, albeit on a different scale to others making their worldwide debuts around the docks.
Renowned as a yacht for Presidents, making her debut at Palm Beach this year is the 28m (93ft) wooden yacht Honey Fitz. Still standing at 92 years old, she has been used by five U.S. presidents who were: Harry S. Truman, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Lyndon B. Johnson, Richard M. Nixon, and John F. Kennedy.
Recently finishing a three-year restoration program, many of the historic elements are still onboard, much of which is still visible. If culture, maritime history and US Presidents are of interest, this is a debut you don't want to miss.
Making the most of the event at West Palm Beach couldn't be simpler than having access to the premium Windward VIP lifestyle.
VIPs have all the luxuries expected from a prestige service, with a premium bar, exquisite catering menus and plenty of perks such as air-conditioned lounges, unbeatable views of the show and access to some exemplary exhibits.
Ticket holders for Windward VIP also obtain a one-day general admission to the Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary (PBM+C) Art Fair, the ideal showcase to find masterpieces to go onboard a newly outfitted superyacht.
Scheduled to run 23-26 March 2023, at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, the art galleries are the perfect way to fully complete a new yachting package from within the boundaries of one exceptional showground.
As if the art galleries and beneficial perks of the Windward VIP weren't enough, automobile enthusiasts will have their thrills at the show too with the NY Concours.
Set up by Lotus, the display of rare and exotic supercars is just the tip of the iceberg, with another premium bar and live entertainment, plus a surprise that only ticketholders will get to see.
