Numarine’s first new 37XP explorer yacht nears completion

The 37m (121ft) explorer yacht is the newest addition to its XP series and is expected to be delivered in the summer.

Numarine has announced the first unit of its new 37XP explorer yacht is in the final stages of construction.

Scheduled to be delivered this summer the 37m (121ft) explorer yacht is the latest addition to the Turkish shipyard’s XP series, a range of contemporary styled long-range yachts.

The 37XP carries the same DNA of the series, a visually striking, strong and powerful look, with enormous angular windows.

The same partnership is behind the 37XP as its predecessors in the series, Umberto Tagliavini is responsible for the naval architecture whilst Can Yalman is in charge of the exterior. Numarine has collaborated with Milan-based design studio Hot Lab on the interiors of the first 37XP.

The 37XP’s long-range capabilities stand up to, and even exceeds, other models in the series, she has a top speed of 14 knots and a range of 6000nm at 8 knots, offering true transatlantic capability.

With accommodation for 12 guests across six cabins the yacht benefits from a spacious interior and several social areas. Large windows bath the interiors with light, whilst the aft beach club features a bathing platform and an inside lounge sitting literally at water level. Elsewhere the expansive flybridge is almost 10m (32.8ft) long and offers 80 square meters (262 sq. ft) of space.
