Prime Marina Miami rebrands under new Suntex acquisition

Popular downtown marina in the docking hotspot of Coconut Grove, Prime Marina Miami has been acquired by Suntex Marinas the marina management firm.

Buying out the remaining lease on the well known Miami marina, Suntex has announced it will be renaming the marina to Bayshore Landing, its long term name prior to the Prime Marina Group takeover in 2015.

Housing 111 slips to accommodate yachts up to 40m (130ft), there are several plans in store for the new acquisition, including the extension to make the fuelling stations available to superyachts all year round.

Along with the marina facilities, Suntex has obtained management of the surrounding retail space, which includes long-established Monty’s Raw Bar and Restaurant. Left virtually untouched during their time under the Prime Marina Group, the restaurant will be given a new extended menu and updated facilities along the waterfront.
