Riva has launched its new 68’ Diable, with the sports-lux model hitting the water for the first time on Lake Iseo over the weekend.
The Italian yard has claimed the 20.7m (68ft) yacht ‘revolutionizes the open concept’, with its liveable design, technological innovations and stand-out built-in hard top.
“Riva 68’ Diable is the irresistible temptation to which every Riva owner and fan can’t wait to succumb. It looks like a design from the future, but is also a fantastic journey through Riva’s hallmark style and sophisticated detailing,” said Ferretti Group CEO Alberto Galassi. “An unrivalled mix of innovation and masterful hand craftsmanship, it offers outstanding performance and unparalleled comfort.”
The hard top hides the technical equipment from sight and protects the central areas of the yacht, which includes the dining area and helm station, allowing guests to take advantage of the 40 knot top speed in complete comfort. The ‘68 Diable also features a sunroof that can be opened in two directions.
The lower deck features three cabins that sleep six guests and include a master cabin amidships, a twin cabin to port and a VIP cabin forward. It also hosts a galley and dinette.

The ‘68 Diable is set to make its world debut at the Cannes Yacht Festival in September before moving on to the Genoa Boat Show.
The ‘68 Diable takes inspiration from Riva’s strong history which goes back almost 200 years when it was established in 1842 on Lake Iseo. The new model is based on the Riva Diable, which itself was inspired by the Riva Superamerica hull.
