Sarp XSR 85, a first look at the second in the series

The launch of the second XSR 85 marks a significant milestone for the Turkish shipyard.

Sarp Yachts has delivered the second hull in its XSR Hybrid series, now joining sistership EDGE on the water. A standout feature of the XSR is its solar paneling, enabling silent operations and powering the yacht's hotel load.

The yacht spans three decks with a volume of 125 GT, and features a standard propulsion package with a Fast Displacement Hull Form from Van Oossanen, the yacht combines a composite hull with a carbon fiber superstructure.

The Sarp XSR 85's interior, designed by Art Line, offers a luxurious layout for up to eight guests across four staterooms, along with accommodation for a crew of four.  This includes a full-beam owner's cabin with twin walk-in closets and a spacious en suite. Additionally, there is a full-beam VIP cabin that can be converted into a television lounge when desired.

This yacht combines advanced technology, quality craftsmanship, and sustainable design. We are proud of what we have achieved with the XSR Hybrid."

The first of the XSR series, EDGE, was delivered in September 2022. Making her world debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival, EDGE stood out with her vibrant Porsche Guards Red hull, attracting significant attention at the show.

The Sarp XSR 85 brings a refreshing new style of yacht to the market. Its hybrid design is truly innovative, which is especially noticeable with the use of carbon fiber and glass in the superstructure, with the end result being something that stands out from the competition."
