Silent Yachts

Silent Yachts, often dubbed the Tesla of the seas, pioneers solar-powered catamarans for eco-conscious yacht enthusiasts seeking fumeless, noiseless, and self-sufficient cruising experiences.

Founded by Heike and Michael Köhler, the brand focuses on designing power catamarans that blend environmental sustainability with uncompromised luxury. The Silent 64, introduced in 2016, made history as the world's first serial production solar-powered yacht.

True to its name, Silent Yachts utilizes solar panels to capture energy, storing it in advanced lithium batteries. This innovative approach eliminates the need for diesel engines or generators, as even onboard generators run on solar power. Ranging up to just over 30m (98ft), Silent Yachts yachts for sale offer the spaciousness and storage advantages typical of catamarans. The use of carbon fiber and easily replaceable components further contributes to their lightweight design, minimizing environmental impact.
