Taiba is a 55.7m motor yacht delivered by Italian shipyard Columbus Yachts in 2015. Her exterior design comes from the drawing boards of HydroTec, while HydroTec is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 10.2m beam and a 3.3m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 1,013 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in mid 2012. Launched in May 2015 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2015.

Accommodation

Taiba offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 7 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 1 VIP cabin, 3 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 14 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M63) 2,012hp engines running at 1800rpm, motor yacht Taiba is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. She has a maximum range of 5,500 nautical miles at 13 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.

Amenities

A sumptuous cinema suite allows for movie nights at sea and a beach club allows for easy access to the water and allows those on board to easily unwind. The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort and an elevator makes the yacht fully-accessible. Crowning the yacht is a spacious sundeck with an inviting spread of sunpads and deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
