Designed by Francesco Paszkowski, explorer yacht BABBO blends robust engineering with luxurious comfort, making her ideal for long-range expeditions.
The yacht's steel hull and aluminum superstructure provide excellent seakeeping and fuel efficiency, with a 5,000nm range at 10 knots. Powered by twin Caterpillar C32 engines, the Cantiere delle Marche (CdM) yacht will reach a top speed of 14 knots.
The yacht BABBO is a custom-built yacht that features expansive deck spaces and bright, refined interiors, and can accommodate up to 12 guests in six cabins, including four large suites on the main deck. The yacht will operate with nine crew onboard. The yacht also boasts a beach club with a sauna and hammam, along with a large swim platform. Yacht tenders and jet skis are stored on the upper deck, while a chase boat ensures easy coastal transfers.
CdM has recently launched other similar explorer yachts, such as the Darwin 86 and the Flexplorer 165, which share the same robust build and long-range capabilities, reinforcing CdM’s reputation in the expedition yacht market. CDM yachts launched in 2024 so far, include the Flexplorer 146 yacht Lt PETE MAVERICK MITCHELL, and Darwin 86 yacht EMPIRE.
