Launched in January 2025, Solemates is part of the Heesen Yachts 55m Steel series and was sold to a returning Heesen client in mid-2024, represented by Rupert Connor of Luxury Yacht Group.
A Familiar Name with a Fresh Identity

Built on Van Oossanen Naval Architects' ultra-efficient Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF), the motor yacht features a slender steel hull crafted at the Talsma shipyard, keeping Heesen’s steel and aluminium production separate to maintain quality standards. Her bold, masculine silhouette, penned by Omega Architects, is paired with a sleek aluminium superstructure.
Vibrant Interiors by Luca Dini
Inside, Silvia Margutti of Luca Dini Design & Architecture has created a lively, custom interior. The yacht’s bright palette of lime greens, teal, and baby aqua blue gives her spaces a fresh and contemporary feel. Accommodation is arranged across six staterooms for up to 12 guests, with a crew of up to 13 housed in seven cabins.

A key feature onboard the superyacht is the 82-square-metre owner's suite on the main deck, designed for maximum privacy. Another standout is the reimagined main staircase, where acrylic panels embedded with gold flakes and crystals create a striking centrepiece.

At water level, the beach club houses a sauna and a bar, with direct access to the sea, making it ideal for relaxed days on board.

Performance-wise, Solemates is powered by twin MTU engines, delivering a cruising speed of 13 knots and a top speed of 15.5 knots. With a volume of 760 gross tonnes, she has been designed to navigate comfortably around all Mediterranean ports.

Following Solemates delivery in the second quarter of 2025, Solemates will make her official debut at the Monaco Yacht Show 2025 and is scheduled to appear at the 2026 Palm Beach International Boat Show.
Inside Heesen’s Growing 55m Steel Series
Heesen's 55m Steel series continues to grow, with several notable projects underway. The latest delivery, Serena, marked Heesen's first superyacht handover of 2025.
Among the upcoming additions is Project Agnetha, launched in March 2025 and available for delivery in Q2 of this year. Designed by Omega Architects, she features a sleek profile with expansive tinted glass and the signature "shark tooth" detail on the wheelhouse overhang.

Her interiors, envisioned by Luca Dini Design & Architecture, offer a warm and inviting atmosphere, accommodating 12 guests across six staterooms. Notable amenities include a beach club with a wellness area and a sundeck equipped with a Jacuzzi and bar.

Project Agentha is on the market with Heesen and is currently asking €56,900,000.
Another significant project is Project Angelica, sold in December 2024 to an experienced owner. Scheduled for delivery in Q2 2027, this yacht will feature exterior design by Omega Architects and interiors by Luca Dini Design & Architecture.

With a volume of 760 GT, she will accommodate up to 12 guests in seven suites. Powered by twin MTU engines, Project Angelica is expected to reach a top speed of 15.5 knots and offer a range of 4,500 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 13 knots.
With Solemates on sea trials, Heesen continues to strengthen its 55m Steel series with recent deliveries like Serena and upcoming projects.
