Amica Mea is a 46.3m motor yacht delivered by Dutch shipyard Hakvoort in 2004. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Glade Johnson Design, while Vripack is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.1m beam and a 3m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Exterior Design
Amica Mea has a dark navy hull and white superstructure, with a raked flared bow. The gunwales feature dark wood capping, adding a touch of elegance to her structure. The foredeck is designed for tender stowage, ensuring practicality for her cruising capabilities.
Her sundeck is a functional space for passengers to enjoy their surroundings, equipped with a Jacuzzi, wet bar, and various lounging areas. These features make the sundeck an ideal spot for relaxation and socializing. Glade Johnson Design has crafted her sleek hull lines, which support three expansive deck spaces. These decks provide multiple options for alfresco dining, accommodating different preferences for outdoor meals.
Interior Design
Glade Johnson Design has crafted spaces with the use of classic cherry and maple burl wood throughout the yacht creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The main salon serves as the central hub for relaxation and socializing. It features a comfortable seating arrangement that encourages conversation and leisure. Adjacent to the salon is the formal dining area, where guests can enjoy meals in a setting that emphasizes simplicity and elegance.
The sky lounge is a versatile space, converting into a movie theatre equipped with a 112-inch drop screen and a surround sound system. This area also includes a wet bar, providing a convenient space for refreshments and informal gatherings.
Accommodation
The yacht Amica Mea offers accommodation for up to 11 guests across five well-appointed staterooms. On the main deck, guests will find the full-beam master stateroom, which includes a private study, a walk-in wardrobe, and a marble en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi and shower. On the lower deck, there are three VIP cabins, each featuring en-suite facilities, along with a twin cabin. The cabin configuration includes one king bed, three queen beds, two single beds, and one pullman bed, ensuring comfort and flexibility for various guest arrangements.
Additionally, Amica Mea accommodates nine crew members who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to all guests on board.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3508 B) 1,100hp engines, motor yacht Amica Mea is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 92,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Amica Mea also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
