Just J’s is a 200'2" motor yacht delivered by Dutch shipyard Hakvoort in 2015. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Sinot Yacht Design, while Diana Yacht Design is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 36'1" beam and a 11'1" draft. The yacht is built over 5 decks with an internal volume of 1,219 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in October 2015 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in February 2016.
Exterior Design
Just J's exterior profile exhibits a contemporary aesthetic that effortlessly merges sophistication with the latest in yacht design trends. The five-deck configuration of Just J's allows for generous outdoor living spaces. A defining feature of Just J's is the attention to detail in her outdoor lounging areas. The sundeck, for instance, has been transformed into an oasis of leisure, boasting a large, glass-sided countercurrent pool adorned with custom mosaic tiles and a playful ceramic sea-theme border. The whimsical touch of a crab clutching a 'J' in its claws adds a personal and light-hearted accent to the space. This area is enhanced by bold, vibrant purple cushions and pillows, adding a pop of color that invites guests to unwind in style.
The yacht's exterior seating areas have been thoughtfully modified, with the addition of awnings to provide ample shade for guests seeking respite from the sun. Comfortable seating and a bar shaded by the support arch contribute to the allure of the sundeck, making it an ideal spot for social gatherings or peaceful solitude.
Moving to the aft main deck, the color palette subtly transitions to a more formal blue and silver, reflecting the sophistication expected of a luxury yacht of this caliber. The incorporation of a sliding hatch that leads to a gym below decks is a modern touch, reflecting the active lifestyles of her guests. Additionally, the tender garage has been ingeniously adapted to serve as an extra recreational area, offering a beach-like atmosphere when the shell doors are open, complete with inflatable sofas.
Just J's also features wide side decks that enhance the feeling of spaciousness, allowing guests to stroll with ease and take in the beauty of their maritime environment. The yacht's impressive scale is further accentuated by the expansive glass panels that form part of the exterior design. Notably, these panels curve gracefully around the corners of the structure, eliminating the need for posts and creating an uninterrupted visual flow.
Interior Design
The spacious main saloon has a seating area, a dedicated zone for games or cards, and an expansive, sophisticated 14-seat dining area that leads into an elegantly appointed foyer. The central circulation area, highlighted by wide stairs encircling a glass elevator, serves as the yacht's architectural spine, enhancing the spatial experience with thoughtful design and grandeur.
Sinot's team has crafted a unifying architectural aesthetic with accent colors that transition from one deck to the next, further accentuated by custom-designed rugs made from 100 percent New Zealand wool. These carefully selected pieces not only define specific areas within the multifunctional spaces but also contribute to the overarching contemporary beach house theme, relying extensively on hardwood floors to establish an ambiance of casual elegance.
Throughout Just J's, the thoughtful placement of technical areas ensures that they remain inconspicuous, thus preserving the serene atmosphere for the owner and guests. Additionally, the yacht's original layout has been modified to accommodate spacious pantries, allowing for storage and service in each deck's dining areas.
The cinema room, an area aft of the bridge, has been transformed from a high-gloss walnut party room into a serene space with whitewashed oak flooring and a 96-inch screen, perfect for memorable movie nights at sea. The outdoor lounge areas embrace vibrant aqua accents, drawing a connection to the sea, while the aft main deck shifts to a more formal palette of blue and silver, offering varied ambiances to suit every occasion.
Accommodation
Just J's welcomes up to fourteen guests within its seven elegantly appointed cabins, each featuring a distinct accent color and custom-designed elements that contribute to the yacht's cohesive beach house theme. The master suite, a serene haven located on the owner's deck, is a masterpiece of design, featuring a bed positioned beneath a magnificent skylight dome, his-and-hers dressing rooms, and en suite facilities. This private deck also includes a spa pool and sun pads, offering the owners an exclusive outdoor sanctuary.
The main deck is home to five luxurious guest cabins, including a VIP suite, all boasting exceptional views and an abundance of natural light thanks to the yacht's thoughtful design. The unique placement of these cabins on the main deck is a standout feature that has become a sought-after attribute in new inquiries. The VIP suite, with its unique position, allows for a cleverly curved passageway, enhancing privacy and providing a dedicated space for a self-service bar for guests.
On the lower deck, the accommodation arrangement is versatile, with a twin and a double cabin that can be configured as a family suite or with the twin serving as quarters for nannies or additional guests, depending on the needs of those onboard. This thoughtful design ensures that every guest experiences the pinnacle of comfort and luxury.
The crew accommodations have been given equal consideration in Just J's design, with the yacht's expanded structure allowing for larger crew cabins housing up to 17 crew and improved living spaces. The crew mess and laundry facilities are strategically located on the tank deck, minimizing noise and ensuring the smooth operation of the yacht's service elements without impinging on guest areas.
The intelligent layout of Just J's accommodations also facilitates seamless circulation between guest and crew areas, with a central dumbwaiter and cleverly placed doors that allow housekeeping staff discreet access to refresh cabins without intrusion. This layout underscores the yacht's commitment to privacy and efficiency, ensuring that both guests and crew can enjoy their time aboard with ease and comfort.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512C) 369hp engines running at 1500rpm, motor yacht Just J’s is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 31,701 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. In addition, a swim platform is on hand for guests looking to cool off in the sea. The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. An elevator makes the yacht fully-accessible, while air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort and underwater lights will turn plenty of heads when the sun goes down.
