Construction started in late 2003. Launched in April 2005 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in December 2005.

Exterior Design

The yacht Nicole Evelyn's navy blue hull and white superstructure feature a raked flared bow, providing a practical and timeless appearance.

The aluminum hull is particularly noteworthy, offering improved efficiency and a shallow draft, making it ideal for cruising in areas like the Bahamas. The sundeck includes a centerline jacuzzi and sun loungers, along with an 11-piece custom teak outdoor furniture set, providing an area that is ready for immediate use without the need to rearrange the boat deck.

A large hardtop spans the full beam of the sundeck, offering shade. An L-shaped marble top bar on the port side serves as a practical area for food and drink service, complete with refrigeration, an ice maker, and a gas grill. A day head is conveniently located under the hardtop on the starboard side.

The main deck provides storage for a 17-foot Zodiac center console RIB, easily handled by a rebuilt nautical structures davit with a 3,500-pound lift capacity. Safety is addressed with three life rafts equipped with hydrostatic releases. The radar arch above the hardtop houses twin Furuno 96-mile X-band radars and three sat-domes, ensuring comprehensive communication and navigation capabilities.

Access to the bridge deck aft is via a set of teak and stainless spiraling stairs. This area emphasizes guest relaxation, with a teak sole and flexible teak furniture arrangements.

Interior Design

The Nicole Evelyn yacht's interior makes extensive use of high-quality mahogany woodwork, providing a consistent and understated aesthetic throughout the various communal areas.

The galley is equipped with a Wolf six-burner induction range and a pair of convection steam ovens, ensuring efficient meal preparation. This area is further supported by stainless steel Delfield refrigerators and a large freezer, offering ample cold storage. The galley setup is augmented by a large island with an ice maker, facilitating both cooking and cleaning processes.

The wheelhouse features a series of nine large windows, offering 180-degree panoramic visibility, essential for navigation. The use of dark finishes supports the navigation controls, creating an ideal environment for operation. The helm's layout is straightforward, with essential navigation and communication equipment placed for ease of access.

The Sky Lounge extends the full beam of the yacht and is illuminated by six oversized windows that flood the area with natural light. Mahogany joinery and comfortable carpeting are consistent features, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The salon features custom sofas and armchairs arranged around a stone coffee table, with the space benefiting from abundant natural light through large windows.

Accommodation

The yacht Nicole Evelyn accommodates a total of 12 guests across five well-appointed cabins, ensuring a luxurious experience for all on board.

The standout feature in the accommodation layout is the on-deck master suite, which spans the full beam of the yacht. This suite includes a private office space, making it ideal for those who need to balance leisure with business. The master suite is equipped with two full ensuite heads—one featuring a jet tub arrangement and the other a large shower stall, offering flexibility and convenience. The master bedroom itself is adorned with oversized windows that allow natural light to flood in, creating an inviting atmosphere.

Below deck, there are four additional guest staterooms. One of these is a twin cabin, while the remaining three feature king-sized beds. Each stateroom is outfitted with high-quality mahogany joinery and burl inlays, and they are equipped with entertainment centers for guest enjoyment. The ensuites accompanying these cabins are finished with marble flooring and granite countertops, providing a touch of elegance.

Nicole Evelyn also includes well-thought-out crew accommodations to ensure a seamless experience for guests. The crew quarters are designed to house the staff of up to nine comfortably, with three cabins featuring over-under bunks and private ensuite facilities. There is also a crew common area and a dedicated space for the yacht's engineer, complete with necessary amenities for day-to-day operations.
