Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and superstructure she features a 10.7m beam and a 3.8m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 972 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a heli-pad.
Exterior Design
The finishing coat of high-gloss navy-blue paint accentuates the yacht's streamlined profile. Omnia's "fashion rails" serve a dual purpose, enhancing aesthetic appeal while providing shaded areas on the main deck for relaxation.
In a strategic redesign, Omnia's sundeck has been transformed into a spacious leisure area, following the removal of the helipad and stern garage. The elimination of the pillars that once supported these structures has opened up the deck space significantly. At the center of this reimagined sundeck is a new infinity Jacuzzi, a focal point for guests.
The vessel's bulwarks have been modestly heightened and punctuated with around 50 new windows, augmenting natural light and enhancing the connection with the marine environment. The outdoor dining area offers an inviting setting for al fresco meals.
In its pursuit of weight optimization and design coherence, the upper deck's reconstruction in aluminum and the remodeling of the original steel funnel arrangement to aluminum has resulted in a weight reduction of over 4,850 pounds. This not only improves efficiency but also complements the yacht's sleek appearance.
Interior Design
Omnia features welcoming corridors illuminated to showcase an extensive art collection, offering guests an intimate gallery experience at sea. Custom-made interior doors and furniture are found throughout, with matching wood paneling, ensuring a consistent aesthetic flow.
In terms of materials, the rich patterning of the carpets echoes the yacht's decking, contributing to the continuity of design between interior and exterior spaces. The marble-floored elevator, a notable feature, enhances accessibility while adding a touch of sophistication. It is positioned within a modified former water storage tank, demonstrating innovative use of space.
For leisure, guests can indulge in the dedicated massage room or select a fine cigar from the humidor. The spa area comprises a hammam and sauna, offering wellness facilities that rival those of high-end resorts.
Accommodation
Omnia presents a complement of seven well-appointed cabins, ensuring that up to 16 guests can be accommodated in style and privacy. These include an owner's suite, one VIP cabin, four double cabins and a twin cabin.
The owner's suite encompasses almost the entire width of the main deck. The suite is a sanctuary with expansive panoramic views thanks to an array of windows facing the bow. The owner's quarters include a king-size bed and an inviting horseshoe-shaped sofa. A vestibule area leads to an en-suite bathroom, equipped to meet the highest standards of comfort and convenience.
For the crew, Omnia offers substantial and well-designed spaces to ensure smooth operation and service. The yacht can house up to 20 crew members, with a spacious mess located on the main deck to serve as their communal area. The captain benefits from quarters in close proximity to the bridge, emphasizing both convenience and the yacht's operational efficiency.
Performance & Capabilities
Omnia is powered by three robust Deutz diesel engines. When utilizing just one engine, Omnia is capable of achieving a cruising speed of eight knots, consuming fuel at a rate of 27 gallons per hour. Engaging two engines, the vessel comfortably cruises at a speed range of 10 to 11 knots, while the full force of all three engines propels the yacht to a more brisk pace of 13 knots.
Omnia's fuel storage is designed for extended voyages, offering a generous range of 6,300 nautical miles, allowing for extensive oceanic travel without the need for frequent refueling. This capability ensures that guests can enjoy lengthy expeditions across the seas with minimal interruptions.
As for stability, Omnia is equipped with state-of-the-art stabilizers to ensure a smooth and stable journey, even when the yacht is stationary, enhancing the comfort of all on board. These zero-speed stabilizers are essential for maintaining equilibrium in various sea conditions.
The yacht's engineering prowess extends to its workshop, which is stocked with an extensive array of spare parts, workbenches, tools, compressors, and fabrication equipment. Ensuring that Omnia is well-prepared for any maintenance needs that may arise while at sea.
Navigational and audiovisual systems have been updated to the latest standards, ensuring that Omnia remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
Amenities
Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.
