Builder Damen Yachting has successfully launched the second Amels 80 of the Limited Editions Series at its hull-building facility in Galati, Romania. The new-generation superyacht, measuring 80m (261ft) in length, is set for delivery to its owner in 2026.
The superyacht Amels 8002 showcases a sophisticated exterior design by Espen Øino and an elegant interior by Sinot. Key details of this model include a substantial gross tonnage of 2,175 GT, accommodation for 14 guests and 20 crew members plus the captain.
Project Amels 8002 will now begin its journey to the Netherlands for final outfitting, ahead of her scheduled delivery in 2026. The construction stage showcases Damen Yachting’s ability to offer fast delivery times and superior craftsmanship.
