Amigos is an award winning 180'5" motor yacht for sale delivered by Dutch shipyard Amels in 2017. The yacht's elegant exterior design is by Tim Heywood Design, while her interiors are the work of Laura Sessa Romboli.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 30'10" beam and a 11'1" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 671 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the twelfth yacht built on the Amels 180 design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in April 2017 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2017.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of the yacht Amigos is the work of the renowned designer Tim Heywood. The yacht features a displacement hull configuration with a flared bow, constructed from steel and finished with gelcoat. The superstructure is built from aluminum and painted white, while the hull itself is a Castle Tan color. The boot line is black, providing a striking contrast.
The teak decks offers durability and a classic appearance. One of the most significant customizations is the 3m (10ft) extension to the sun deck, creating a substantial 175 sq m (1,883 sq ft) space. This area includes a 4m (13ft) counter-current pool, alfresco dining shaded by the superstructure, a sunbathing section, and an outdoor cinema with a large projector screen.
The yacht’s design also includes multiple fold-down balconies. The main salon features dual balconies to port and starboard, allowing natural light to flood the area. The second Owner's cabin has an additional fold-down balcony on the starboard side.
The swim platform integrates hydraulic swimming stairs, providing easy access to the water next to the beach club. The yacht is equipped with a touch-and-go helipad with a maximum take-off weight of 2,000 kg (2.2 tons), located on the foredeck.
Interior Design
The interior design of the yacht Amigos is by Laura Sessa Romboli and features a subtle palette of creams and silvers, creating a sophisticated atmosphere. The main salon is equipped with dual fold-down balconies on both port and starboard sides, allowing natural light to fill the space. At the forward end of the salon, there is a cinema area with a large couch, providing a comfortable spot for relaxation and entertainment.
The formal dining area is situated in the middle of the main salon and serves as a dedicated space for fine dining. A fully equipped gym is located on the main deck, which can be converted into a staff cabin if required. The beach club includes a steam room, shower, and dive store, adding to the onboard amenities available for guests.
Accommodation
The luxury yacht Amigos provides comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 13 guests across six well-appointed cabins.
The bridge deck features a full-beam owner's suite located aft. This suite includes an ensuite bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bath, a walk-in wardrobe, an office, and a private exterior deck. This arrangement offers the owner a secluded space for relaxation and work.
On the main deck, there is a second owner's cabin positioned forward. This cabin features a folding balcony to starboard, offering additional outdoor space. The cabin also includes an ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a bath, as well as a walk-in wardrobe.
The lower deck houses the two double cabins, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and two twin cabins, which can be converted into doubles.
Additionally, a fully equipped gym on the main deck starboard can be converted into a staff cabin if needed. This space includes a shower, toilet, and a Pullman berth, providing flexible accommodation options.
To ensure smooth operations and exceptional service, Amigos accommodates a total of 13 crew members. The crew quarters include a Captain's cabin, located on the bridge deck, and seven crew cabins.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M70) 16-cylinder 1,308hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Amigos is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 30,380 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Amigos also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
