Custom Line 106 - Gerry’s Ferry the 33m superyacht launched in Ancona

The Custom Line 106 superyacht is the first yacht from its Planing Line to hit the water this year, following the launch of its Navetta 30 superyacht WOLFPACK last month.

Custom Line has launched the first yacht of the year from its Planing Line, with 32.83m (108ft) superyacht ‘Gerry’s Ferry’ hitting the water at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona.

This follows hot on the heels of the yard launching its Navetta 30 superyacht 28.43m (93ft) WOLFPACK at the end of last month as the Ferretti Group brand gears up for another busy year.

Gerry’s Ferry is a collaboration between the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, who are responsible for the naval architecture, and Francesco Paszkowski Design who has worked on the exterior styling and interior design.

In common with other yachts from its Planing Series, Gerry’s Ferry features taught lines that sweep from bow to stern and sharp, distinctive styling with light-colored structural surfaces alternating with vast amounts of dark plate glass. Inside the American Owner’s love of the color red is evident with the color playing a strong part throughout the interior design, adorning fabrics, decorations and structural elements.

Custom Line is the largest yacht division of the Ferretti Group and has two ranges of yachts for sale, the Planing Series of high-speed superyachts and the ocean-crossing range and efficiency of a semi-displacement hull of its Navetta Series.

According to YachtBuyer intelligence, Custom Line has 18 yachts in its order book for 2022, ranging in size from 28.43m (93ft) to 42.15m (138ft), which will to the over 200 yachts it has delivered since the turn of the millennium.
