The new shareholders include a renowned family of Italian entrepreneurs and Holding Carisma, which supports the growth of high-potential Italian companies by creating synergies within its portfolio.
Their combined expertise is expected to drive Cantiere delle Marche's mission to 'build the best explorer yachts in the world' while delivering innovation and value to their clients.
