Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 11.47m beam and a 3.5m draft. The yacht is built over 5 decks with an internal volume of 1,182 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a heli-pad.
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Exterior Design
Following a 2015 refit, C Star emerged with a striking dark blue hull complementing her pristine white superstructure. The sharply raked bow leads to a deeply inset operational foredeck, maintaining the yacht's sleek profile, while a covered foredeck area sits behind a high coaming. A prominent strake runs almost the entire length of the side profile, with a white bootstrap highlighting the waterline.
Large, slim vertical glazing on the forward hull enhances the lower deck, while similar shapes adorn the main deck's topsides forward of the open side deck. Smart teak-topped guardrails provide a contrast against the metal and complement the white superstructure. Extensive vertical glazing is present on all exterior deck levels, with a stylish grill feature noticeable amidships between the main and upper decks, just beneath a prominent nameplate. This grill feature is echoed on the sun deck and integrated within the radar mast and sun deck canopy configuration.
The stern of the yacht descends sharply to a hammerhead-shaped bathing platform, accessible via twin staircases set into the transom's curvature. The platform is shielded by a high coaming for added safety and privacy. Shell doors in the hull sides open to unveil tender storage and facilitate easy launching accessibility.
The sun deck features a circular jacuzzi located forward on the port side, complemented by circular seating on the starboard side. Aft of the jacuzzi and seating area, guests can enjoy free-standing sun loungers and ample deck space for relaxation. Additional sun pads are seamlessly integrated into the deck's curvature, providing further options.
Interior Design
The main salon exudes a masculine ambiance, accentuated by the display of racing car helmets in an illuminated cabinet. Soft furnishings in a neutral palette of creams and browns, coupled with large pieces of dark wood furniture, contribute to the sophisticated atmosphere. Well-placed cabinetry delineates the space from the dining room.
Above the glass dining table, a futuristic chrome and mirror LED lighting maze-like feature adds a captivating focal point to the main dining area.
A secondary salon introduces contrasting tones of green and pewter, enhancing the overall aesthetic diversity of the interior.
The elegant private office showcases exquisite walnut cabinetry and wall panels. A stylish Art Deco-inspired oval pedestal desk serves as the centerpiece of the room, and Porta Romana wall lights further elevate the sophistication of the space.
