Delivered in 2009, Blue Time is a 39.62m motor yacht built by American shipyard Westport Yachts. She features exterior design by Gregory Marshall and interior styling by Westport Yachts.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.98m beam and a 1.9m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 333 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in early 2008. This was the first yacht built on the Westport W130 design. Launched in May 2009 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2009.
Accommodation
Blue Time offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M90) 12-cylinder 2,735hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Blue Time is capable of reaching a top speed of 24 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. With her 36,075 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Blue Time also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
