Key Features

  • Owner’s deck with private office
  • Convertible helideck
  • Unique six stateroom layout
  • 130 square meter Sun Deck

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 37'5" beam and a 11'6" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 1,233 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in early 2004. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. She was delivered to her owners in March 2006.

Exterior Design

Oasis sports a classic white hull and superstructure, accentuated by a black boot top and below-the-waterline colour. The deck is crafted from high-quality teak, offering a practical and aesthetically pleasing surface. This combination of materials and colours ensures a clean and sophisticated appearance.

The 130-square-meter sundeck is a key feature, designed for outdoor entertainment. It includes a spa pool, a bar, an open shower, and a sunbathing area. This space can also be cleared to accommodate helicopter landings if necessary.

The sundeck is equipped with LED lights and audio jacks, enabling it to transform into a gym, a cinema, or a disco depending on the time of day or the event. The bar size was reduced to improve access, and the spa pool area was remodeled with extensive sunpads. A 4K projector is installed in the hardtop for outdoor cinema nights, and a retractable bimini provides shade when needed.

Interior Design

The interior design of Oasis is a blend of functionality and refined aesthetics, reimagined by the Italian studio FM Architettura d'Interni. The design team employed a variety of materials to enhance the tactile experience throughout the yacht. Leather is extensively used, particularly from the Marche region, known for its skilled leather production. Leather covers many of the original maple burr and wenge surfaces, lending a modern touch while maintaining the yacht's structural integrity. This includes leather-covered knobs on cabinets and drawers, ensuring a consistent design language.

Silver leaf-covered wallpapers and embossed string wallpapers bring subtle sophistication to the walls. Unique materials like coconut shell are used in different ways, including a parquet pattern in the lower deck lobby and husk in the bridge deck saloon. The owner's suite features pale leather panels with oceanic curves, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

The main saloon includes multifunctional furniture such as occasional tables with tops that flip to reveal chess or backgammon boards, and a coffee table with hidden pouffes. An intriguing table that looks like smashed glass dipped in burnished brass showcases the design team's creativity.

The upper deck saloon features perforated leather covering the walls, which cleverly hides a top-flight audiovisual system, doubling as a cinema. This space maintains a balance between functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Accommodation

Oasis can comfortably host a total of 12 guests in six guest cabins. The owner's suite is situated on the main deck, occupying the forward section. This space has been extensively refitted to enhance openness and light. A large double bed is positioned against a wall adorned with pale leather panels that mimic ocean swells. The suite benefits from tall windows on the starboard side, which bathe the room in natural light. The furniture is custom-built, including a distinctive triangular table. The suite also features deep silk-and-wool carpets, adding a luxurious touch. While the owner's bathroom retains its original green onyx and golden taps, new backlit glass panels and redesigned dressing areas have been added for a modern update.

The four additional guest cabins are located on the lower deck. Each cabin has been redesigned to offer improved storage solutions and a fresh, neutral aesthetic. Unique headboards, new panelling, and materials like wallpaper, fabric, wood, and hammered leather provide each room with a distinct character. The children's cabin is particularly noteworthy, featuring bunk beds designed to maximize sleeping arrangements. These bunk beds can transform into single beds, demonstrating the yacht's focus on multifunctionality.

She is also capable of carrying up to 16 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
