Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 9.45m beam and a 2.44m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 492 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in mid 2011. This was the eleventh yacht built on the W164 design. Launched in May 2013 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2013.

Exterior Design

The exterior of Valinor features a classic white finish accented by black highlights. Its design includes a raked bow and a sheltered aft cockpit, offering both style and functionality. The yacht is built on Westport’s proven hull design, enabling smooth and reliable cruising even in remote locations. Two spacious terraces on the bridge deck aft are accessible through wind doors, providing additional outdoor space for guests.

The bridge deck aft is a custom layout that includes a BBQ area, enhancing the alfresco dining experience. The expansive sundeck is designed with a full bar, sunpads, and ample space for relaxation and ocean viewing. This area also includes gym equipment and a Jacuzzi, catering to various preferences for leisure and activity. The bow serves as a practical space for toy and tender storage.

Interior Design

The interior design of Valinor blends contemporary and classic styles, featuring rich woodwork and a balanced mix of neutral and colorful tones, creating a chic ambiance. The design, orchestrated by Donald Starkey, emphasizes space and versatility.

The lounges and salons are thoughtfully laid out to foster relaxation and social engagement. The main salon provides a comfortable space for guests to unwind, with easy access to the aft deck, which is perfect for alfresco enjoyment and sunset cocktails. The space is designed to facilitate a natural flow between indoor and outdoor areas.

Accommodation

Valinor provides accommodations for up to 15 guests across six thoughtfully designed staterooms. The upper bridge deck houses the master suite, offering privacy and outstanding views from its private terrace. This suite includes a steam shower and a walk-in closet, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the main deck features a VIP stateroom with a large marble-clad ensuite bathroom.

On the lower deck, there are two king-sized staterooms and two twin staterooms, each equipped with Pullman berths, catering to a variety of guest configurations. Valinor's crew accommodations are equally well-appointed, with facilities for up to 12 crew members, including a captain's cabin on the main deck.
