Built in late 2008 and refitted in 2021, Status Quo is part of the Horizon P130 series. The yacht's exterior was designed by Gregory C. Marshall, resulting in a sleek and timeless profile. The interiors were crafted by Espinosa Yacht Design.

The main salon on the Horizon yacht has a conventional layout, with a lounge area located aft, featuring two three-person sofas arranged around a decorative glass-top coffee table to port, and a three-person bar situated directly to starboard. The formal dining area is positioned forward in the salon, equipped with a circular table capable of accommodating 10 to 12 guests.
