Design & Construction

Construction started in early 2017 with the keel laid under the project name 'Project Neptune'. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in June 2019 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2019.

Exterior Design

The exterior design of Galvas features a raked bow that contributes to its streamlined profile. The deck is constructed with teak, providing both durability and a classic nautical aesthetic. The hull and superstructure are painted white, creating a clean and uniform look. The boot top and the area below the waterline are finished in black, adding a subtle contrast to the overall appearance. This combination of colors and materials ensures that Galvas maintains a sophisticated and timeless presence on the water

Tenders are stored on the forward deck under hatch covers, ensuring a clean and unobstructed view. The lower beach club houses a variety of water toys, ready for use. A fixed platform, measuring 3.5 meters in length, provides straightforward access to the water.

Interior Design

The interior design of Galvas reflects a combination of functionality and aesthetic appeal through the use of high-quality materials and thoughtful design elements. The main deck and upper deck saloons are finished in sycamore, providing a clean and sophisticated backdrop. These spaces are enhanced with understated geometric motifs, adding subtle visual interest without overwhelming the eye.

In terms of materials, the saloons feature delicate fabrics and soft furnishings that contribute to a refined atmosphere. Artistic elements by DKT in glass, gypsum, resin, and bronze are strategically placed throughout the yacht, adding a touch of elegance and craftsmanship.

Accommodation

Galvas offers accommodation for up to 12 guests across six staterooms. The master suite, located forward on the main deck, spans a generous 85 square meters. This suite includes a private gym equipped with a steam room, an office for work or leisure, a full-beam bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom.

The crew accommodation is equally comprehensive, with quarters available for a crew of 13, ensuring a high standard of service and maintenance throughout the voyage.
