As the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) 2024 draws ever closer, all eyes are on superyacht AMARYLLIS, the largest yacht in this year's show.
Delivered in 2011 by German shipyard Abeking & Rasmussen, motor yacht AMARYLLIS measures an impressive 78m (257ft), and captures attention not just for her size, but also for her exquisite design and luxurious features following a refit in 2022.
Designed by Reymond Langton Design with five sprawling decks and an internal volume of 2,108 GT, AMARYLLIS boasts a navy blue steel hull, a crisp white superstructure with sweeping curves, and striking structural details. The yacht's exterior cleverly balances both aesthetic appeal and practical architecture, providing a range of outdoor experiences for guests.
Stepping inside superyacht AMARYLLIS, guests are greeted by a luxurious blend of Belle Époque, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco influences. The main salon showcases stylized flower marquetry, cream sofas, and high-backed armchairs that embody the fluid lines characteristic of Art Nouveau.
Dining aboard is also a unique experience. The formal dining room, located above the main salon, features a circular Ziracote wood table for 12, illuminated by a bronze and crystal chandelier. Adjacent is the piano lounge with a self-playing Schimmel Piano — perfect for entertainment.
The bridge deck sky lounge mirrors the main salon's elegance and includes a 103-inch plasma TV for movie nights. Guests can also enjoy a well-equipped gym, a deck Jacuzzi with stunning views, and a beach club that transforms into a workout zone or serene retreat.
Accommodating up to 12 guests across six suites, AMARYLLIS' full-beam owner’s suite on the upper deck features expansive panoramic windows and a hand-carved bed. The VIP Suite on the main deck boasts Japanese-themed aesthetics, while three uniquely styled double cabins and a twin cabin align with the yacht's overall Art Deco inspiration.
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar engines generating 2,000hp, AMARYLLIS can reach a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. With a fuel capacity of 187,000 liters, she offers an impressive maximum range of 4,039nm at cruising speed.
In addition to being the largest yacht in-show at FLIBS 2024, superyacht AMARYLLIS is also currently on the market for $96,586,901 (€89,000,000).
Her sister ships include the 78m (257ft) superyacht EMINENCE delivered in 2008, the 86m (281ft) yacht HBC delivered in 2009, and 79m (258ft) motor yacht TITAN in 2010.
