SAKURA: Feadship’s 72m Superyacht Delivered

Boasting a minimalist Japanese/Scandinavian design, SAKURA has been handed over to her owner.

Feadship has officially delivered the 72m (236ft) superyacht SAKURA to her new owner. Launched in March and previously known as Feadship 712, SAKURA can accommodate 14 guests across seven staterooms.

Crafted with an exterior by Studio De Voogt, SAKURA offers several spaces for interaction, entertainment, and family time, along with luxurious rooms for relaxation. Her Scandinavian and Japanese minimalist interior, designed by Italian studio FM Architettura, features a master suite, two VIP suites for four guests, and four additional staterooms accommodating eight guests.

SAKURA

With naval architecture by Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture, SAKURA combines a steel hull with an aluminum superstructure, offering a sleek silhouette defined by a plumb bow and clear-cut lines across her three decks. Her exterior decks consist of a spacious aft deck with a large pool, an impressive beach club, and a helipad at the bow.

Thanks to her modern propulsion system, the superyacht can cruise comfortably at 12 knots with a top speed of 14.5 knots and boasts a range of 4,500nm.

SAKURA

Construction on SAKURA began in 2020, with her first public appearance in 2023 when she left the Feadship Scheepswerf Slob shed before being transported to Aalsmeer in the Netherlands. Feadship also recently delivered 91.8m (301ft) superyacht DRIZZLE.
